Flō was built by a team that's spent years on both sides of the operations problem — inside complex enterprise platforms, and on the ground with Singapore SMEs running their businesses on spreadsheets and WhatsApp.
Why we built Flō
The gap between enterprise and SME shouldn't be this wide.
On one side: enterprise software built for corporations with large IT teams, complex rollout projects, and six-figure budgets. Powerful, but completely out of reach for most small businesses.
On the other side: small businesses doing their best with Google Sheets, WhatsApp group chats, and manual processes that rely on whoever remembers to do what. Things get missed. Steps get skipped. And everything is tied to someone being at a desk.
Most of the general-purpose tools in between — project management apps, CRMs, scheduling software — weren't built around how Singapore SMEs actually operate. They require training, configuration, and ongoing maintenance that most small teams don't have time for.
Flō exists in that gap. Simple enough for a non-technical team to adopt in a day. Structured enough to actually replace the spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads.
