Flō ("we", "us", "our") is a Singapore business (UEN 202618490M) that provides operations software and related services for SMEs, including ClassFlō for tuition and enrichment centres. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you:

• Visit our website at useflo.co or contact us through its forms
• Use Flō products and services, including ClassFlō
• Communicate with us, or with a business that uses Flō, through WhatsApp integrations that Flō operates or enables

Where a business (for example, a tuition centre) uses Flō to manage its own students, parents, staff, or customers, that business decides what personal data it collects and how it is used. We handle that data on the business's behalf to provide our services. If you are a customer of such a business, you may also wish to contact the business directly about your data.

2. Personal Data We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Enquiry and contact details — such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your message, when you submit a form, email us, or message us
• Account details — such as the name, email address, phone number, and business details of people who sign up for or use Flō products
• Service data — information a business enters into or generates through Flō products, such as student, parent, staff, attendance, and fee records
• WhatsApp data — to the extent you provide it to us or it is processed through Flō-enabled WhatsApp integrations: WhatsApp profile data (such as your profile name), phone numbers, message content, message metadata (such as timestamps and delivery or read status), and media you send
• Website usage data — such as pages visited, referring pages, and device and browser type, collected through the analytics tools described in section 6

We do not ask for payment card details or government identification numbers through this website's forms.

3. Why We Use Personal Data

We use personal data to:

• Operate, provide, secure, support, and improve our website, products, and services
• Respond to enquiries and demo or onboarding requests
• Communicate with you where permitted, including by email or WhatsApp where you have contacted us or agreed to hear from us
• Meet our legal and regulatory duties, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Meta and WhatsApp

Some Flō services use or may use the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. Meta and WhatsApp are independent platforms that are not operated by Flō. When you use WhatsApp, Meta and WhatsApp process your data under their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control. We encourage you to review the WhatsApp Privacy Policy and WhatsApp Business Terms, and Meta's Privacy Policy.

5. Disclosure of Personal Data

We may disclose personal data to:

• Our team members — who need it to provide and support our services
• Service providers — that help us run our website and services, as applicable, including website hosting (Vercel), form processing (Formspree), and website analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics), who may only use the data to provide their services to us
• Meta and WhatsApp — when we facilitate or send messages through WhatsApp
• The business you deal with — where you interact with a business that uses Flō, so that business can provide its services to you
• Authorities and others — where required or permitted by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of Flō, our users, or others

Some of these recipients may store or process data outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure the data continues to be protected.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand overall visitor activity, such as page views. Google Analytics is loaded only if you select "Accept" on our cookie banner, and it may use cookies to collect information such as pages visited, time on site, and browser type. If you select "Decline", Google Analytics is not loaded. You can also clear or block cookies and site data through your browser settings.

Form submissions on this website are sent to Formspree and forwarded to our team by email. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as long as we are required to keep it by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
